This was the last one that Sally Beauty supply had and it was on sale for $2.99. They usually go for $3.99.
Anybody get their hands on OPI Burlesque yet? My local store was supposed to get them in this past weekend, but they never got it! I feel like it's taking forever. I'm not as excited anymore =/
