I'm too lazy to do a Halloween mani so I chose this polish instead.
Milani Garnet Gems - Black jelly base w/ red glitter. Dupe of Chinaglaze Lubu Heels. This polish is watery like most Milani polishes and it took half an hour to dry!!! But nonetheless, I am loving this color! Super vampy. =)
My skin is totally washed out by this color in pictures but not in real life. No need to fear. lol

WOW, ~ This color gives off a marble-like effect almost as if your nails are made of marble exterior! Cool
